Storage
It's very important that you do not store your floor in a cold, damp environment (e.g. garage or outbuilding). When we deliver your flooring, the boards should be taken indoors into a heated building. Please do not lay the floor until all concrete, plaster and wet work has fully dried out.

Fitting
Please make sure the floor is dry and damp-proof membrane is installed. Solid wood flooring should not be used onto underfloor heating, only engineered can be used. Make sure to leave an adequate expansion gaps. Remember to follow guidelines when using adhesives, underlays, fixings and other fitting products.
